Obama With Hostess Twinkies Paintings, Ebay Art Auction

Two recent paintings of President Barack Obama with Hostess Twinkies.  Both of these paintings can be found on art auction on Ebay-

This first painting is of the President with a Twinkie near his mouth. Obama has a very Jason Robardish expression.  On first glance, the Twinkie might be mistaken for a cigar. But it isn't. You are lead to believe that Obama is celebrating the death of Hostess. He isn't.



The actual allusion is to the floating head ship in the movie Zardoz.  The Twinkie is the tribute, but it isn't entering.  It is a craft of its own.

The second painting is of President Obama crying while holding a large, dead Twinkie.



I painted this painting yesterday evening shortly after my wife and I realized that our cat Marco might be dying. He's a little better now, but he sure did appear to be losing it.  He may just be sick-cats can get sick.. or he might have heart failure. He's freaking fat.

Conservatives In Tears / A Portrait Of Victoria Jackson Crying And With A Crying Pancake Upon Her Head, Ebay Best Offer

The first in a new series of paintings which I'm calling 'Conservatives In Tears.'  This portrait features former SNL alum and wandering Christian Conservative comedian Victoria Jackson in tears following President Barack Obama's decisive reelection victory.  The pancake is also in tears. The fox stole is unable to be in tears.



This is a 16 by 20 inch acrylic painting on stretched canvas, stapled on the back and painted black around the edge, so it is suitable for display with or without a frame. The 'grey' areas in the painting are areas of iridescent silver.



The painting is mailed in a sturdy handmade container, which is currently composed of recycled plastic election yard signs.
